There are also many horror stories from both clients and contractors where legitimate projects and contractors have fallen out and the other labelled as a Nightmare Contractor/Client. In my experience this is rarely one sided and there are often many reasons for why relationships breakdown and disputes arise. The majority are usually involving delays and extra costs. Most of this is down to people not using communicating properly and having different expectations. This usually is a result of not employing the right professionals, not getting the correct support or advice and thinking construction is easy. It can be, but that comes with experience.

In case it is not yet apparent, Michelle's passion in life is EMPOWERMENT. She aims to leave every room, situation, relationship, business, property etc in a better way than she found it. She is passionate about educating people to make the best informed decisions and she is determined to protect as many good people as she can.

The "Taking the CON out CONstruction" movement was originally aimed at Sub-Contractors, but as the idea developed Michelle realised that there are many more people that will benefit from learning about how to deliver projects and make money out of property successfully.
